NEW
KJB RESEARCH COUNCIL FORMED New Entity Supplements,
not Supplants other KJB
organizations A number of good Fundamental Baptist
preachers have formed a new King James Bible entity which
will supplement but not supplant the good work being done
by other TR./KJB based organizations. Entitled the King James Research
Council [KJRC], the organization is composed of the following
preachers: Pastor David Brown, Pastor Phil Stringer, Pastor
Randy King, Pastor Dave Sorenson, Evangelist Dan Haifley,
Pastor Doug LaVesque, Missionary Steve Zeinner, Professor
Lawrence Bednar, and Dr. H. D. Williams. Purposes of this Council The founders are all fine well respected
servants of the Lord and this writer is personally acquainted
with several of above named men, since they have admirably
served in the Dean Burgon Society for several years. Dr. David
Brown serves as the President, while Dr. Phil Stringer is
the vice-president. The KJRC major goals are to (a) do research
on the King James Bible and other traditional texts, (b) provide
publications and media to promote the KJB, and (c) to provide
a speakers bureau for churches, colleges and schools. This
new entity is not designed to replace or compete with
any other organization, but to add a new voice to a very important discussion.
This
writer wishes that there were a multitude more of organizations
actively engaged in the defense and dissemination of the KJB
and the faith once delivered unto the saints. Throughout the
years, when a new Fundamentalist organization is formed or
a new Fundamentalist paper begins publication and these entities
stand uncompromisingly for the faith, this editor has never
been selfish, but has gladly promoted them without charge
in his paper. He does not consider himself or his paper
to be the only defender/defense of the KJB and the genuine
Biblical faith. SOME ORGANIZED ENTITIES THAT DEFEND THE KJB For the reader’s information, he
is listing some TR/KJB based organizations below, along with
available addresses, websites and/or e-mail, so that Bible-believers
interested in the defense/dissemination of the TR/KJB stance
may contact them if desired. Some of the ministries below
have a multiplicity of ministries, but also ardently defend
the TR/KJB stance and publish materials that support the TR/KJB
cause. Each
of the organizations has a variety of publications available
